Wool is a fascinating material. I love to work with wool and to experiment with the opportunities of wool.
I started with knitting in the 80s. In the past years, I learned to spin wool and to dye yarns with natural dyes.
I´m useing only natural and mainly organic yarns and natural dyes in attention to the natural ressources. Mainly I use plant dyes that I've collected myself or plant dyes that are organically grown or/and traded under fair-trade-conditions.
The color palette of natural colors and plant colors is inexhaustible. One color dyed a second time is always different to the first, even if the same recipe is used. But every time the color is beautiful. It is fascinating process! So each of my products is unique and is manufactured with the utmost love and care.
