I just love to make stuff. So a lot of the stuff I make will eventually find their way into the store. Most of it is made by me in my backyard studio. I am a huge fan of good customer service and I'll try my best to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Please don't take advantage of my good graces. Not cool.
Payment
Immediate payment is required. If payment is not made within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled and I will not be pleased...I may even remember your name for future reference. If you purchase an item in error, please contact me immediately...that means within the next couple of hours...not 7 days later. Tax is included. Email me with any questions.
Shipping
Items ship by USPS first class or priority mail depending on the size of the package. Any small items I can fit in a small envelope with qualify for combined shipping...$2 for the first item and .50 for each additional item. Nightlights are $5 each and .50 for the second item...including another nightlight. More than two nightlights will increase the shipping price. I'll email you the shipping total. Additional smaller items are .50 each. Does that make any sense? Insurance is available upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item breaks in shipment, send me a photo and I'll try to replace it...within reason. Most items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exactly duplicated, but I'll give it an honest try. Please notify me immediately of breakage during shipping...not 7 days later.
