I specialize in UNIQUE & EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOM Coffee/Tea Blends. Although I do list some Flavored coffees which I have over 100 flavors & over 125 100% Varietals per customers request, Custom Coffee Blends is what I'm all about! I am a "one person" company (see profile) "and roast to order". My coffees are Organic & Organic Fair Trade Buying ONLY THE BEST Beans To Roast!

There are so many wonderful coffees from around the world. Their characteristics are diverse and although I have my personal favorites, I also enjoy specific flavor traits in many other coffees that my favorites do not possess.

It is with this in mind that I have spent countless hours developing specialty blends that heighten & combine the most desirable flavor traits of the world’s finest coffees and at the same time mute or eliminate their flavor taints or short comings.

When developing blends I cup them black as well as with cream/sugar. Experience has shown me that is possible for a blend to be fabulous black however only mediocre, or even poor, with cream/sugar. Sometimes the reverse occurs. I do not stop formulating & cupping until I have created a blend that is notable & exceptional when it is cupped either black or with cream/sugar. These are Certified Coffees that are environmentally and socially responsible. Organically Certified Coffees reduce the amount of synthetic chemicals introduced into the world’s environment and also eliminate exposure to these chemicals by all who are involved in their growing, processing and consumption. Fair Trade Coffees are helping to lift coffee growers and coffee growing countries out of poverty that is often typical of the rural tropics.

Originally Grown Coffees have been certified by third party agencies as having been propagated, grown, processed, transported, stored and roasted without contact to pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or other synthetic chemicals.

Fair Trade Coffees have a certification that ensures they have been purchased, usually from smaller farmers, at a “fair” price, one that allow the farmers to adequately sustain their families and farms.
