HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!!

UPDATE: I will be out of town for a while, but will be checking my messages when I can! Im heading to Albuquerque, NM and Ft. Worth Texas!

Im done with most of my backorders, but there are a few stragglers not finished for one reason or another. I know some of you have been waiting a long time, but let me assure you that the wait is worth it.

On another note, I will not be taking so many custom orders in 2010. Certain items will just not be available any longer for custom ordering as I have to juggle the custom and the "off the rack" items - all made by myself at this time for the most part - I cannot get the work out fast enough and this adds to my stress level and yours as well. AND THATS NO FUN! So the smaller ticket custom things will have to go by the wayside for now and I'll try to have to have more in stock items for sale. Lets see how that works!

Thank you - all of you for your support! You made 2009 bearable for me, which in these rough times is no small feat for a small business person. I am hoping the worst is over for all of us and that we can now refocus and re energize and have a wonderful year ahead!

The custom ordering process can be a little complicated, so Ive made some changes! And to alleviate any potential misunderstandings, hopefully Ive made it more understandable for everyone - convo me if you need to ask questions.

I also want everyone to read everything very carefully before ordering. It can take much longer than you might like. I also try to keep my prices as low as possible, but custom orders in the real world are supposed to cost a lot more for a variety of reasons - and what you are getting from me are good quality garments that fit you according to your measurements. This is no small thing. It takes skill and expertise. If everyone could do it, then they would. (and sometimes, in the end, its just more cost effective to have someone else do something that you could do but dont have time for...)

Custom work generally takes between 2-4 months from start to finish depending on the project and my work load. Sampants and Bum Ruffles usually take much less time to make, but are still considered custom orders if you did not buy them pre-made. I get them done as fast as possible - anything can affect the timing, but I do my best to get orders out as quick as possible. Bridal should be started 6-12 months in advance.

Either I or one of my wonderful helpers will get to you ASAP!!!!!
