kcroteau's Shop Policies

Payment

Payment must be received within 24 hours of order placement. Any orders without payment after that time period will be canceled and reported.

Payment is accepted through PayPal, Google Checkout (for Google Checkout, I will send you an invoice shortly after your purchase on Etsy), or I can process your credit card myself (through ProPay).

Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.

Shipping

Item(s) will be shipped within 3 days of completed payment.

I do use recycled packaging materials, but all materials are clean.

For international shipments, the BUYER is responsible for any customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and/or exchanges are not allowed. All sales are final. If you wish to have something different than what I have listed (another color, for example), please contact me. I am more than willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction!
