Hey Y'all! Thanks for stopping by and checking out my Etsy shop. I am so excited to share my passion of painting and crafting with you.
All items are made-to-order unless stated in the listing. In my experience each made-to-order creation is even more "sassy" than the original. This means that there will be slight differences in each piece, so your order will be one of a kind.
Let me know how I can help you with any of the designs you see. All items can be custom ordered and personalized for you for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Just get ahold of me through "convo" or click on "request custom order" and let me know if you are wanting a customized piece.

I accept Paypal and credit cards.
All items will be standard USPS Mail. (This helps save you high shipping charges) I can ship Priority Mail if you need your item sooner. Just let me know and I can create a new listing for you with the shipping price for Priority Mail.
Because many items are made-to-order, and as orders keep coming in,sometimes shipping may take one to two weeks. I will notify you if it will take this long. If you need your item sooner please let me know and I'm sure we can work something out. I ship all orders to the address provided at Etsy and PayPal checkouts, so please be sure that these addresses match. If you would like your order shipped to a different address, please let me know in the "note to seller" box at checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any problems with your order please contact me and I will do everything possible to rectify any problems and make you happy. Although mistakes do happen, I strive for excellent customer satisfaction.
Any returned items must be returned in the same condition as when I sent them out. They must be in original or similar packaging. You will be refunded minus your shipping charge.
I can not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
I do my very best to describe items thoroughly, including color, measurements, and materials. I will not refund for size or color issues. Exchanges can be made at your shipping cost.
Please ask about sizing, color, and for more pictures if you are uncertain about an item before purchase.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Because I paint each item as it's ordered. Items will vary slightly. Ribbons on items may be different due to availability. Wine bottles may be a slightly different color due to availability as well. Wooden blocks will have some irregularities (bumps, knots, etc.) due to being a natural product. This adds character and makes your item unique.
