Q: How long do custom necklaces take to make?
A: I take time & care when making all of my necklaces and the majority take 1-2 days to make.

Q: How long is you hoop art turnaround/making time?
A: Some of my hoop art is ready to ship & some are custom-made. The ready to ship hoop art are just that 'Ready to Ship'. The majority of my custom-made hoop wall art take 5-7 days to make (excluding the chalkboard design which takes 7-10 days to make).

Q: I live in the US & I see you are based in the UK, how long will my order take shipping.
A: As soon as your order has been made (see turnaround times listed above), it will be shipped the following business day. It will take approx 5-7 days to arrive & is shipped via airmail (shipping times may increase during busy Holidays such as Thanksgiving & Christmas).
Addresses in the UK take 1-2 days shipping. Orders being sent to addresses in the EU take approx 4-6 days.

Q: Do you sell wholesale or bulk orders?
A: I offer discounts on all bulk orders, whether you want to order gifts to give to friends & family or to resell in your shop, just send me a convo for a quote. (Making time may be increased slightly depending on scale of order).
