The prices for the made-to-order designs in the Sales Section run from $389 - $475 plus $36 shipping. Custom order prices are driven by the amount of detail in the design being requested. Playhouses take 60-80 hours to create and custom orders require substantial lead time. It's never too early for Christmas orders for 2013!
