Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days for small orders and 7-10 business days for large orders. All of our items are 100% handmade and made to order.

I currently ship Monday - Saturday .... holidays are excluded.

We recommend selecting the Priority Mail upgrade at checkout if you need your order more quickly. Priority Mail takes 2-3 biz days, as opposed to standard First Class shipping which takes 3-5 biz days, sometimes longer depending on your location and any delays that USPS is experiencing. A Priority Mail upgrade is simply a shipping upgrade, NOT a rush order fee. Please feel free to contact us for a rush order upgrade if needed!

I CANNOT CONTROL THE MAIL SERVICE AND DELAYS HAPPEN. I cannot control your package once it has shipped, as it is then in the hands of USPS. We are not responsible for late or missing packages. If you’d like to purchase insurance on your order to cover the loss or damage of your order please contact us for pricing. We are more than happy to help you with that.

RUSH ORDER INFO: Please contact me if you need your item by a certain date I can usually accommodate these requests but PLEASE contact me PRIOR to placing your order to be sure I can. We can usually offer a rush order processing option for an additional fee. I will do my very best to help you but please be understanding that all of our items are 100% made to order unless it is stated it is ready to ship.

All of our bows are made to order and we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless something is defective. We pride ourselves on accurately describing, photographing, and listing each and every bow to prevent any confusion with ordering. Any failure to read about an item's description or size is out of our control. We do not accept order cancellations of any kind unless it is within 24 hours of the purchase.
