We currently accept payment via PayPal and by card. If you do not have a PayPal account, credit and debit cards are also accepted via PayPal as a guest.
We can also accept cheques if need be, though we will need to wait for the cheque to clear before posting items out.

Shipping Finished Creations:

Padded Names
We stipulate a 2 week wait time for custom made orders to be completed before your item is shipped out.
PLEASE NOTE: Our items are posted by standard royal mail delivery. If you wish to explore other shipping options (such as tracked or recorded delivery) please send us a message so we can give you the correct price.

Mailing Address:
By default, I will ship your order to the mailing address provided by Etsy. If you would like your order to be shipped to an alternate address, please leave a note in the COMMENTS section during checkout (include the preferred mailing address and the name of the recipient).
If you would like us to include a note or card with a message from you for the receipient - please also let us know as we are more than happy to include personal messages.

International Shipping:
All duty, fees, and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We pride ourselves on offering reasonable and realistic p&p charges. We package our items carefully and all parcels are clearly labelled. We can provide proof of posting but we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the postal service.

We aim to make and post all orders within a 2 week frame. Once posted using standard or tracked delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal system of the UK or the destination country. To guarantee fast, express or to stipulate a deadline date for receipt of your item, please ask us for a quotation on guaranteed delivery from the UK preferably before you place your order.

No insurance against loss or damage in the post is offered unless specifically requested prior to placing your order.

Allergy Warnings:

All of our creations are handmade in a smoke and pet-free environment.
We use microfibre cushion inserts in our cushions and toy-safe hollowfibre filling in our padded names.

Choking Hazard Warning and Release of Liability:

Our creations are primarily intended as display pieces. They are not intended as toys. Each item is hand made and may contain small parts (like buttons, plastic eyes, etc.), which may be a choking hazard to young/small children.

Though no situation has occurred to date please be very mindful of the above if you are planning to purchase a handmade creation for a child under the age of 3 years.
