Items made to order are mailed 2-4 weeks after order. Delivery time then depends on the delivery method chosen at check out. Rush delivery may be available. Please ask first. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a default in the materials or craftsmanship. Return request must be made in writing (email or through Etsy message) within 7 days of receipt of product. Please wait for approval to send prior to mailing an item back for return.
