All payments should be made with Paypal.
All items sent to the UK will be automatically posted 1st Class, with the exception of clothing which is by default sent 2nd Class.
All items posted internationally are sent via Royal Mail's Airmail, where the delivery aim is predicted to be 5-7 working days. However please keep in mind that in certain circumstances items can be delayed by customs when entering your country, so they may sometimes take longer. Also postage can be slower around certain holidays due to the increase in items being sent. Therefore if possible please order items in plenty of time, to allow them sufficient time to arrive.
None of the postage methods I use provide tracking, as fully tracked postage is substantially more expensive.
However I am always willing to discuss and sort out any upgrades that you may wish on the postage - please contact me prior to purchase to get a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately returns are not accepted, so please make sure you look at all the photos, read all the description and ask any questions prior to purchase.
If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me and send me photos of the item and packaging within seven days of receiving it. This is due to the fact I will need this evidence to put in a claim to Royal Mail.
Please remember that although the postage methods I use are generally very reliable, items can be delayed or in rare circumstances, get lost. Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 14 working days after it was posted for UK orders, and 25 working days for international orders. This means that in the rare event your item has been lost, you must wait the full time allocated before I am able to take action.

Please make sure you look at all photos, read the descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.
Most of my jewellery is created using unique crystals and stones, therefore variations will occur. You must be aware that the piece you receive may be smoother / rougher / clearer / cloudier or have a variation in colour and brightness. This is due to the distinct nature of crystals, meaning that each piece I produce is completely unique.
If you have a preference to the type of crystal you would like, then please feel free to leave me a note with your order (eg. I would prefer a smoother crystal) and I will try my best to match you up with the most suitable piece.
I am also happy for you to pick out your own necklace / crystal from those I currently have available - just send me a message so I can send you a photo. Although please note I cannot reserve items, so please try to order promptly to ensure I can give you the piece you would like.
I do not accept returns, which is why I offer these methods so that you will be happy with the piece you receive.
