Payment

Please make your payment by PayPal within two days of the purchase. The items will be sent after payment is received. If payment is not received within two days, I will contact the buyer and then proceed to relist the item.

Shipping

I ship the items within 24 hours after payment is received (if it's late Saturday, it will go out first thing Monday morning).

If the item is less than 13 ounces, I ship First Class Mail, if (as likely due to the type of items I sell) they are heavier, I will ship Priority Mail unless you convo me and request a different service. This mean, that if you live on the East Coast of the U.S., you should receive your packages within two days; three to four days for West Coast; and international is a whole different story (and cost).

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is something wrong with the products, if they are damaged or not as described, please contact me and I will do my best to fix the problem.

I will leave you feedback as soon as payment is received and the items are shipped. Hopefully you will do the same for me when the items arrive.

Also, if the item is a gift please let me know and I will be happy to giftwrap it for you and send it to the "giftee."
