I love this necklace! I asked the artist to make one with darker pink beads and she was happy to oblige. My little one looks like a princess and now it matches her birthday outfit perfectly!!! And can't beat the price!

Finding my niche

I started Kitty Cats and Airplanes years ago when I discovered the world of jewelry making. Once my hands touched those beads, I was hooked! I beaded my heart out, and then discovered the simplicy of cabochons. It was all going fabulously...

Then I got pregnant. And sick. My shop suffered.

I had a daughter, and new mommy-hood hit me like a ton of bricks.

I closed down shop. I lost my drive and my passion.

But really, how could I stave off those, "Eeeek! I have a little girl and I'm going to dress her up in all of the cute outfits!" feelings? I picked up my tools again and started beading for her, and it all came back. I shifted the direction of my shop from women's jewelry to children's jewelry and found my passion again.

And here we are. Enjoy!
