I have found home in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. With the Weminuche Wilderness and San Juan National Forest as my 'backyard', I am surrounded by the beauty of the natural world. It is not unusual to spot an elk, mule deer or random fox crossing my path in the early morning light, or sleepy evening dusk. These ethereal encounters bear witness to my life with big wondrous eyes. It is in such moments that I take mental images, imprint them in my brain to later translate as prints.
