Welcome to Kogi's clay house of fun!!

All custom pieces are hand thrown on the potter's wheel, carved like a maniac (I love carving damp clay...), bisqued, high fire (cone 10) glazed then low fire (cone 05) glazed for detail colors.

For the crazy color experiments section the pieces are hand thrown on the potter's wheel out of low fire clay (cone 04) with underglazes and some slip applied before carving, carved then bisqued and low fire glazed.

They are all non toxic, and safe for use in the dishwasher and microwave. Though hand washing will extend the life of your piece. They are resistant to all kinds of wear except the tragic effect of gravity causing them to stop suddenly when dropped on hard surfaces.

FOR MY CUSTOM WORK:

I can do most images but people are tough due to the style of the final glaze layer and I will not use copy written or trademarked images. I can also do practically any shape not just mugs. (Children's sets, cat and dog bowls, vases, urns, wine goblets, bowls, plates....) Just contact me and we can start your piece. :)
