I've had some very sad news. My boyfriends' neice and her husband who gave birth to their first baby boy yesterday, gave him back to God last night. He just wasn't able to stay because of under developed lungs and kidneys. They are a young couple and I'm sure will be able to go on with the help and love of family and friends but it will be tough. As any new couple they are not exactly financially set so therefore I have created a section called "Everything named Blue" in baby Alex' memory and any proceeds from anything sold in this section will be given to "mommy and daddy" to try and help a little in all the bills I'm sure that will come rolling in. God Bless you Jamie and Mikey in your time of sorrow....

Welcome to Krafted Keepsakes. My name is Ardell and I hope you will see something special here that is exactly what you're looking for! I've been an Etsy member for a little over a year but it took me forever to open my store up for business! I had a difficult time photographing my jewely until I asked a sweet lady named Catherine what I should do.(check out her Etsy Store, TrashionFashion, FABULOUS!) She said one thing, "Natural Light" and it all came together. I'm still learning so I apologize if a few things are a touch blurry. I don't have a model as yet, so if you need to see what something looks like on I can put it on and photograph myself in the mirror! :o)

As for my jewelry, I try very hard to find unique stones that will translate beautifully into very unique pieces. I do not claim to be a jeweler or a Gold or Silversmith, however I do claim to be an artist and a jewelry designer. It's been a passion of mine for about 35 years now and I hope my jewelry is enjoyed by the wearer as much as I enjoyed making it. I rarely make the same piece twice and I'm always trying to come up with new and original designs.

I also create hand painted glassware, one of a kind collectible polymer clay figurines, unique tealight holders, eyeglass holders, 3D Wall Art, Candles, Soaps, Sachets and much, much more.. so please, stop by often to see what new things I've pulled out of my hat of creativity. People often ask me, "when do you sleep?" and I have to be honest and answer, "rarely!"
