All outfits are highly detailed, authentic period recreations, hand crocheted (unless otherwise stated) and removeable. Doll's hair is styled to match the period and style of the dress. Whenever practical embellishments are sewn on rather than glued. Most dresses (except the ones with fitted skirts) have matching petticoats in satin or other appropriate fabric and/or crenoline of net. Hooped and 'panniered' skirts have specially constructed hooped or panniered support underskirts.
Dolls and outfits are for adult collectors. Small items of trim make them unsafe for small children.
