Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1 - 5 business days after receipt of payment. Most of our items are in stock ready to ship. We will inform you when your order is dispatched.

Your package will be shipped to the address on your Etsy receipt unless otherwise noted.

All our goods are wrapped as a gifts. In case you buy different goods and want to have different gifts then please convo us. Gift wrapping is free.

For all shipments we use State Company Correos y Telégrafos, S.A. Spain and we send via priority registered mail only.

Tracking is available for all packages and we send it to you when we dispatch the packet. The shipping time is about 3-8 days for Europe and everywhere else 9-15 days.

During Holiday season we recommend express shipping option - shipping guaranteed on time. Postal service on Holiday time is very slow and we can't be responsible for late parcels. If you choose express shipping please provide your phone number at once during purchase in the field "note to seller". Currier will call to discuss details about your orders arrival. Please contact us prior your purchase if you wish to use different method of shipment (Express, Courier etc.).
Damage during shipment would be an extraordinary circumstance. If an item is lost or damaged during shipment we are not responsible, but will work with you to rectify the problem. If you wish to add insurance to shipping, you will have to let us know - it is not automatically included.
