I pride myself on the high quality of my products. All of my tags are made with heavy, HIGH QUALITY, creamy paper with a durable double thickness. They will not tear easily and can be used at bookmarks or kept as a sweet memento. They are not flimsy. If you love Jane Austen, Paris or shabby colors, literature or history, you have come to the right place. I fashion art journals and gifts tags from antique ephemera which I collect or license. I love 19th century literature and fashions and so I try to design items that combine them both. In addition to Jane Austen, the Brontes are a favorite as is the medieval period.
I originally designed what I imagined to be Jane Austen's Journal and it grew into handmade Victorian Journals, Paris Art Journals and gift tags The current time frame for constructing journals is up to 15 days, although it is usually sooner and they are worth the wait! Thank you!
Each item in my shop is made to order. As I work full time in addition to my Etsy shop, all orders placed are running about 7-15 business days right now. I need several days to let the journals 'dry' properly and spend time in the press. Also, I do most of the journal construction on weekends, due to my full time job. Orders which include my handmade journals may take about 10 -15 days. Other items are taking up to 7-10 days.
International customers who would like to purchase in larger quantities (Orders over $50.00) or purchase for shops or stores, please contact me by conversation to receive a discount to help defray high shipping costs and VAT taxes. I would love to work with you!
We only mail Monday-Friday. We so not send on Saturdays. Regarding VAT TAXES for international buyers: After doing research, I have learned that the fines for trying to side step VAT taxes are hefty. I will fill out the customs forms according to the law.Thank you for your patronage!
