PayPal is the only form of payment that is accepted at the moment.
Payment must be made within one (1) week of the date that you purchased your item(s). If for some reason you need more time, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements--please be reasonable! I would prefer payment to be made right away during the checkout process though if at all possible.
Echeck- EChecks must be cleared before your item(s) will be shipped.
Reservations- I can reserve an item for up to one week. If after this period, payment has not been made or no contact has been made I will remove the listing from reserve without notice.
I reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time for any reason I see justifiable.
Also, I reserve the right to remove any reserves from any item(s) without notice.
Please be aware that I am only able to ship item(s) out ONCE PER WEEK due to my busy schedule. Usually that means that your item(s) will be taken to the post office within 3-7 days of the date you purchased your item(s). Please be aware that sometimes shipping will not be the fastest however because of this--but it will also be reasonable. Please be in agreement with this before making any purchases and I ask that you be patient and understanding because of this.
Please take into consideration the factors that will cause delays in shipping that I cannot control:
Paying with Echecks
If for any reason you need your item(s) faster, please contact me before you purchase your item(s) and let me know.
Insurance- Insurance is optional. If you would like insurance please let me know before making your purchase so that I can add the insurance costs to the shipping price. Insurance is recommended--especially for shipping to countries outside of the United States-because I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged item(s) once they are out of my hands--ex. at the post office or en route to you. If you do not include insurance with your item(s) they will not be guaranteed by the post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
As of this time, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I will not be held responsible for anything out of my control that occurs at the post office or while traveling to you. I try my best to ensure that your item arrives to you safely by using lots of bubble wrap, however if you are unsure please purchase insurance.
However, if there is something wrong with your product that was my mistake/fault--ex. the wrong product or something not included that was supposed to be--please let me know right away before leaving feedback so that I can work with you to fix the problem. I want all of my customers to be happy so please be sure to communicate with me at all times when needed.
