Many of my pieces are one of a kind and ready to ship, others I custom make after the order is placed, to fit your specific measurements or color preferences.

Please read the listing carefully, and make sure you specify your size and measurements where needed.

SHIPPING:
All orders of over 100€ or that are one of a kind will automatically be shipped via registered mail. Shipping takes from 10 to 20 days to get to most parts of the world, if you need something extra fast, let me know beforehand, I'll see what I can do.
I usually ship made to order pieces within 2 weeks, all ready-made pieces ship within the week.

NOTA: per chi abita in italia è disponibile l'opzione di pagare tramite ricarica postepay, si fa in ufficio postale ed è molto semplice.

Payment

I accept paypal as payment method. if you would like to do a bank tranfer, contact me.

All major credit cards are accepted through PAYPAL.

payment is expected to be as immediate as possible, anyhow, if any problem should arise, please keep me informed, and I will see what to do.

Shipping

All orders of over 100€ or that are One of a Kind will automatically be shipped via registered mail. All other packages via priority mail.

Shipping takes from 10 to 20 days to get to most parts of the world, if you need something within a specific date, or extra fast, let me know BEFORE hand and I'll see what I can do.
There are a couple extra fast (about 3 days to most of the world) options available for an extra cost, contact me for specific details.

Delays do occur due to customs or simple shipping mishaps, and packages have taken even over a month to be delivered, so to be safe, please calculate about 5 weeks from oder date to delivery date (will usually be less however).
I usually ship made to order pieces within 2 weeks of payment, all ready-made pieces ship within the week. (unless otherwise discussed in private).

Registered shipped packages will have a tracking number and require signature confirmation at delivery.

Please contact me if you were expecting an order, and it is past due.

Packages that are lost in the mail will be substituted, or refunded in the case of one of a kind items.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied by your purchase, please contact me as soon as you receive it and I will try to accomodate as best I can in whatever way works best for both parties in each specific case.

All items are returnable for an exchange or a refund. In the case of a refund, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

All exchange items and refunds will be shipped or issued AFTER I receive the item in question, not before.
Please always discuss with me first before sending an item back. I cannot refund items I do not receive, so please make sure you ship safely and to the correct address.
