I have a new policy regarding custom orders. Custom orders are items that you contact me about to make you.. not the custom items shown in my shop and are up for purchase. That is different. Custom orders will require pre-payment of a small deposit of $10. You are not under obligation to buy the item unless you approve it and I can always refund you if you change your mind but I have had some issues with people wanting custom items and then not following thru after I've spent time and money sourcing materials. if you go ahead with the order, I will deduct the $10 pre-payment from your final cost.

$1.58 to $2.25 flat rate shipping on all orders and I include delivery confirmation on ALL packages!

Items are in stock for quick shipment unless specified otherwise. I usually have a one to three day turnaround on orders. Orders placed Friday thru Sunday will usually ship no later than the following Tuesday. If I can get it out sooner, I will! some items are shipped same business day if it's already made and I can make the mail!

Black gift boxes, kraft sleeves and navy organza bags are available to add on to your order for gift giving!

Most of our designs are limited edition and limited run and there may even be 'one of a kind' pieces listed so if you see a style you love, don't let it get away!

Special request? Convo me! I can usually accommodate requests to swap out ear wire styles, change colors and length. Please ask!

Please keep in mind that each item is handcrafted and therefore, never perfect! Gems and beads are matched in color, size and shape to the best of my ability but there could be variations in the natural components.
