● Payment is expected at checkout, unless you contact me (before purchase).
● Currently I accept PayPal for I see that as the friendliest and safest form of payment so far.
● I am also willing to take e-check, but the item will not be sent out until the check is cleared.
● I'm not responsible for taxes in your country, you should look into that before buying.
● You can cancel your order if I haven't shipped it out yet (I usually do it the same or next day, so you should be quick to notify me). If you're not sure about buying something - convo me and I've reserve it for you for limited time.

●The shipping rates are fixed.
●The shipping rates are WITHOUT insurance, so if you need that - send me a message BEFORE buying to find out the shipping rates.
● I ship "Priority A" outside Latvia.
● I ship to etsy address unless you state otherwise (in the "message to seller" box)
● The item will be shipped -after- I receive a payment, no sooner
● I will update you when I ship out your item or if there's any hold-ups.
● I mark all my packages as "gift" unless you state otherwise.

► Please give a maximum of week -till- shipment - it's just a "safety pillow" in case something happens - but I try to send them out the very next (or the same) day I've received the payment.
► And give 10-14 working days for shipping (this might be up to 30 working days for overseas countries). (These are official timings, shipping to US roughly usually takes 2 weeks as practice has shown.)
► If your order doesn't arrive within one month's time - please contact me, so I can try finding out the reasons.

♥ I'm also willing to give free shipping to Latvian residents if you want to get the item hand-to-hand. Convo me -before- buying.

● For any commission work I take half the price (excluding shipping) in advance with 20$ (or half of the commission's worth if it's under 20$) of it being non-refundable. If you have issues with that, let me know before paying.
● If you have any issues with me or with my items - please contact me BEFORE leaving bad feedback. If you leave bad feedback I can choose to stop replying and sorting out the issue.
● All washable (clothing and knit) items are best to be hand-washed or machine washed on low setting unless stated otherwise.
● Jewelery and accessories should not be soaked (some water (rain etc) is ok).
