• Custom Order
Due to the current time of year and overwhelming request for orders,
We unfortunately cannot take any more custom requests at this time.
• Custom Colours
We only provide different hair colour options for our kids collection set,
any other custom colours are not available (this is considered as Custom Order)
• Custom Sizing
We only provide 5x7 inch format for our invitation design and other coordinating items has its fixed format, any other size is not available (this is considered as Custom Order)
• RUSH ORDER
We unfortunately cannot take on a RUSH ORDER at this time of year.
Our turn around time is within 3 business day of payment clearance.
• GIFT VOUCHER PAYMENT
You will have to use "other" payment method to use our gift voucher as payment,
please send us a message and we will activate the payment method.
