Hello, thank you for dropping by my shop.
Just a little bit of info on the technical bits:
All giclee archival fine art prints are professionally printed with Epson pigment-based inks (not dye-based). Pigment inks are vibrant and fade-proof for a lifetime under common home storage conditions. Longer if kept in an album.
The fine art prints are printed on 100% cotton rag (acid-free & archival). These come in ultra smooth or watercolour texture. With the pigment inks and this paper combination, the prints should last 75 years without fading.
Economical giclee prints are printed on semi-gloss photo paper (acid-free & archival too), the pigment ink and photo paper combination should last 30 years without fading.
Please store artworks & prints away from sunlight and moisture. Most of the prints come with a white border for you to frame and mat, they may be trimmed off if you use albums.
Please exercise care to prevent scuffing on the printed surface as the paper is coated for the ultra smooth cotton rag paper. If you will like me to trim off any borders for you before shipping, just let me know in 'Notes to seller' when checking out.
ACEO print reproductions are titled, signed, numbered, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Original ACEOs do not come with a certificate, but are titled and signed on the back.
Original paintings are titled and dated on the back, signed on the front. They will come with a Certificate of Authenticity, as long as you have purchased them directly from me.
Payment
Worldwide: Paypal
Singapore: Paypal or POSB/DBS bank transfer (preferable). Registered mail will be an additional S$2.24. Just select 'Other' in the check-out form and write a note in 'Notes to Seller' that you will be paying by bank transfer and I'll manually invoice you via e-mail.
Sale will be cancelled if I don't receive payment in 3 days, thank you!
Shipping
Items are mailed via first class airmail from Singapore.
Prints are very carefully packed to ensure your print arrives nice and flat (as long as the postal carriers don't play nasty on purpose). Prints from 4 x 6" to 8 x 10" are shipped in superb stiff mailers and reinforced with board. ACEO prints are shipped in envelopes and reinforced with cardboard.
Canvas pieces are shipped in parcels.
Large prints will be rolled and sent in a tube to prevent bending.

IMPORTANT: Registration (tracking & signed for) is highly recommended at an additional $1.70. Normal airmail is at buyer's own risk, most of the time the package does (eventually) arrive, but purchasing registration will allow some form of insurance from postal theft or loss of mail.
REGISTRATION IS FREE FOR PURCHASES ABOVE $25.00!
My post office does not offer delivery confirmation so the only option for tracking is to buy registration.
Please send a convo if you will like to purchase registered mail and I will create a listing for you. Registration is an additional US$1.70 on top of normal shipping costs.
If you have already paid with Paypal but decide you'd like your packages registered, just send me an e-mail or convo and I will manually invoice you via Paypal. It will be slightly more at US$2.00.

++APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES++
Please take note of the timings to see if you are able to wait for packages. Customs sometimes delay them, so I am unable to guarantee any shipping estimates or fulfill any rush orders, sorry! Buyers are responsible for any custom taxes involved as well, thanks!
- USA: California/ New York/ Hawaii: 14-18 working days
- Some USA states like FL/ VA/ GA/ IN etc: 4 weeks - 7 weeks (Yes it sometimes takes that long! Even worse during peak seasons) The closer your state is to California or New York (offices of mail exchanges), the quicker you receive your mail. Registration is recommended.
- Australia/ UK: 14-18 working days
- Canada/ Europe: 3 -5 weeks
- France/ Italy: 6-12 weeks. Buyers from these countries must buy registration.
An item is considered 'lost in transit' only after 60 - 90 days have passed, depending on your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the case where item is not as described or if you are not satisfied, I offer a refund minus shipping within 3 days upon your receipt of the package, and after I have received the returned item safely. (It might take some time to complete the refund transaction because of international constraints). Please send me a convo if any problems occur and we can sort it out, thanks!
