Shipping Time During Chinese spring festival:

From 13th,Feb to 28th,Feb,all orders will have to delay during this time,because the chinese traditional spring festival is coming,all factories and delivery company will have a new year holiday.Do not place an urgent order from my shop,if you find your likings,pls purchase them within 2 days,i can arrange a shipment to you in time.thanks for your understanding.

i strong deprecate leave negative feedback without precommunicate,most of my negative feedback are unfair to me.the buyer "everything" is a unkind person,i forgot to link the chain,i asked him/her to link,it is very easy,he/she refused.i have refunded full $4 as we agreed,he still left me a negative feedback yesterday.i always try my best to solve matters if something wrong happened.in fact,it is not so easy to sell items in shop,the workload is very big,so i hope all buyers can give more understanding.your understanding would be very appreciated.

in order to improving our shipping service,we arranged the shipment via register airmail for more than 4 kinds items from 20th,Dec,2009,the package of most counties can be tracked online.normally it will take 10-15 business days to arrive your country,But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties. If you do not receive your item in a month, please contact us immediately for further assistance,we will try to track your package.

normally,We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.if your paypal address is not correct,pls send your correct shipping address immediately after paid.or we will not refund by reason of wrong address.

packing and shipping term:
We always pack items in white air bubble envelops or carton box,we hope the items can be delivered safely and in good condition.normally the delivery company will collect my packages every 3 days,sometiems there may a little delay because of bad weather and holidays,pls allow us send out your package about 3-5 days.
