Please note my current shop hours: I am available via email and convo Monday-Friday 2pm to 10pm, so please be patient - any and all emails/convos will receive response within a 24 hours - usually sooner!
Due to many inquiries - I do not send out any customized proofs prior to purchase.
Current order processing time to receive your initial customized proof is within 24-36 hours of receipt of payment for individual items (excluding Sunday's). Printable party packages are complete within 3-5 business days of purchase. If you need your items sooner than the processing times listed, please contact me prior to purchase. More often than not I am able to accommodate rush requests!
Weekends I reserve for family but usually on Saturday's I'm able to sneak in a couple hours here and there!
