Payment

I accept PayPal as a preferred method of payment.

I will ship your item the next day after payment is made excluding Sundays and holidays. If you purchase early enough in the day, it may ship same day.

Please note: you do not need to open a PayPal account in order to use a credit card with their service.

If your Etsy address and your PayPal address are different, please verify to me which address I need to ship to.

If you have any problems at any time with anything, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to help. Thanks for being here, I appreciate your business!


Shipping

I ship first class through my local US Post Office. Currently, I ship daily, Monday through Friday. If you would like an upgrade to priority, or for me to ship a different way, please contact me.

Again, If your Etsy address and your PayPal address are different, please verify to me which address I need to ship to.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WELCOME

International customers will receive their packages via first class international mail. Shipping internationally may cause parcels in some countries to attract duties and custom fees, or delays. Shipping times to some countries may take as long as 3 to 6 weeks. Please note that you are responsible for any extra fees imposed by your country . Please contact your local customs organization for more information. All orders are shipped from Alabama, USA.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will be happy to provide a refund on your purchase for any reason within 60 days. I don't anticipate that being needed, but apply this policy to provide buyer security and satisfaction. Please contact me first if you desire a refund. Once I receive the returned product, I will provide your refund immediately. An exchange of equal value could also be arranged if you would prefer. I aim to please...Also, I guarantee my work, so if there is ever a problem, just let me know and I will make arrangements with you to correct it. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, or if there is a problem with anything, please contact me so I can do my best to help. Customer satisfaction is very important to me! However, I believe that you will be so satisfied with your purchase and quality of craftsmanship and design that this will never be a factor.
