lightexture is a collaboration between an architect, a lighting designer and a ceramic artist, creating unique designer lamps.

In our lamp construction we incorporate clay and porcelain, ready-made objects, lighting components and more. The lamps are fitted and assembled by hand in our studio. One of our goals is to create energy efficient fixtures, while maintaining our focus on their atmospheric and spatial performance.
The patented Steamlight lamps (patent no. 8025430) are a fruit of two years of development in design and performance. We offer them in a simple edition or in a designer edition.
Our packaging is recycled, elegant and suitable for a present. 95% of our shipping materials are recycled.

We are showing and selling our lamps at the Brooklyn Collective, 212 Columbia St, Brooklyn, NY. Thursday to Sunday, 1-8 PM.
In the Boston Area You can see some of our lamps at the Artful Heart Gallery, 311 Broadway, Arlington Center, or come to our Arlington studio by appointment.
