Current processing time is 7-10 business days. Note - If you order a monogram and a custom request center, they take a bit longer at 10 business days to custom design. (Business days exclude weekends and holidays) Please note the above processing time does NOT include shipping time. Domestic items are shipped via 1st Class Mail which generally takes 2-7 business days. All packages are shipped with delivery number. International shiping times may vary. For custom requests, turnaround times will vary depending on current waitlist. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

● All items in my shop are "handmade" ● Due to the handmade nature of each and every item, no two items will ever be identical and each item may vary slightly than pictured. Bows in my shop are made to face on the child's right side of her head unless you specify otherwise at the time of order. All bows, flowers and decor are made on double prong gator clips. No slip on gators are available on request. I DO NOT offer french clips in my shop, sorry.

Please note that all centers, resin, bottlecapss, polymer clay, are securely attatched to the bow; however, in the event that they are played with and strongly pulled on they can become unattached or break and pose a choking hazard to small children. Since I have a two young girls myself, I have a designated place for thier bows and this has never been a problem; however, I did want to state the possiblity just incase a problem should arise. All bows should be treated with care for maximum quality assurance. All items are made with love and great attention to quality, however, please do not leave children unattended in Lilly Bella creations - please use adult supervision at all times. By purchasing these products you are complying that you fully understand these terms.
