Handmade dog photo greeting cards
Lillyzcardz's Shop Policies
I love everything about dogs. I have so much fun dressing them up and taking pictures of them. Each card I make is unique. I love the entire process of coming up with a theme, to buying or making the props, and seeing it all come together. I use my digital camera and what you see is exactly what the camera sees. I don't digitally alter my pictures in any way. All pictures are printed on premium acid free photo paper, from a professional photo lab. I hope you enjoy giving my cards (or even keeping them for youself!) as much as I love creating them!
I accept payment through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
All cards are placed in an acid-free clear archival card sleeve for protection, and mailed via USPS. They are placed in a waterproof envelope with cardboard enclosure to ensure cards arrive in pristine condition. Shipment will be made within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees & taxes incurred by their country's government.
Refunds and Exchanges
I put 110% into each of my cards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have any concerns, please contact me so we can promptly resolve the situation. If you are still not satisfied, I will refund you the cost of the card, or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. I just ask that you return the original, damaged card to me so I can determine what caused the problem so it doesn't happen again.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you would like a print of any of my cards, let me know what size you would like (4x6, 5x7, etc.) and I will quote you a price. All of my pictures have a glossy finish and are printed by a professional photo lab.
I take all of my own photographs and have them professionally printed at a photo lab. I also make my own standard size greeting cards (4 1/2" x 6 1/4") on heavyweight cardstock. I cut all of my own cards so each card may vary slightly in size, but I try to make them as accurate as possible. Cards are cut from 65lb or heavier cardstock.
