Welcome to 2022. I have really enjoyed all my wonderful friends and customers here on Etsy. I hope this year is a wonderful year for all of us.
My policies are changing a bit.
I except cancellations with in 24 hours of ordering. Not after that.
I don't accept exchanges.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be refunded.
I accept returns as long as the item is in my possession no more than 14 days after it was shipped and in the condition it was sent to you in.
I cannot always do custom orders if I become over loaded with them as the year moves on. I am sorry.
I can put you on a waiting list for when things get caught up or the following year.
I believe the actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you are willing to to pay for. Your choice.
I cannot offer free shipping at this time with out marking up the cost of the items and I would just rather keep things the way they are.
