Our make time right now is about 8-12 business days and 2-5 days shipping. Sometimes a little sooner sometimes a little longer if we get backed up but I strive for sooner. :O)

All products are handmade by me in my clean smoke free, pet free home. I do take limited rush orders. If you are in a hurry and need something sooner, convo me and we will see what we can do. :)

All tutus, and clothing are custom made to fit the sweet little girl in your life. I offer a free bow with every tutu purchase. I am always making new and different bows to send with your tutu but if you would like a specific tulle bow you have seen in my store let me know at checkout. ( My rainbow flower clip is available for purchase for $5.00 + free shipping) I am glad to personalize any of the items you see in my shop. If you don't find exactly what you are looking for, just let me know and I would be happy to do custom pieces. The sky is the limit.

All tutus are made up to 12 inches in length depending on the size you need. XL is 12 inches and XXS is 5 inches and so on. Please convo me for prices if you need something a bit longer. I have made a few floor length tutus that were to die for!!

Welcome to Lily Jill Bowtique. I started making boutique items for my daughter and found that I love it! I hope you enjoy my items and if you do not find what you are looking for, please contact me for custom pieces. I will be happy to bring your vision to life. Thanks!

Payment

Payment is DUE within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact me immediately if you are having problems paying. All items must be purchased using paypal. I do not accept cash, money orders, or personal checks. You do not need a paypal account to use your credit card. Orders will not be fully processed unless paid in full with your order.

I OFFER A 15% REFUND OFF THE PRICE OF YOUR ITEMS IN EXCHANGE FOR PROFESSIONAL PICTURES OF THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHACED. Pictures will be used in future listings of that product. Pictures must be professionally done and I need at least 5 picture of each item you are expecting a refund on. Please try to showcase the item you purchased so I can present these pictures on the Lily Jill Bowtique home page. A refund will be given via pay pal after I have received your pictures. This is a fun way for you to get a discount on your items and a great way for me to get to showcase my customers darling children. All customers must convo me before purchasing if you intend to do the 15% discount photo swap. I also will need the photographers info so I can credit them in the listings. Thank you!

Shipping

I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please contact me if you want Insurance or Delivery Confirmation added. Shipping pays for postage, and Etsy Listing Fees. Thanks!

Additional Policies and FAQs

ITEMS, DESCRIPTIONS AND PHOTOS: Please pay attention to item descriptions. I have several items that look the same, but may be slightly different. I use lots of props in my photos. The only things that are included in the listing are the items specified. Some items may already be made and no other adjustments can be made. When placing a custom order please let me know your preference.

DISCOUNTS/SPECIALS: I may offer discounts or specials on occasion. Any discount offered will be rewarded in a reimbursement via paypal. Please always pay for items in full and wait for a refund. I do not except wholesale orders.

WARNING: Some items sold may pose a choking hazard for small children. All items should be worn with adult supervision at all times. Please never leave a child alone with a hair clip or headband on their head. Let's keep those kiddos safe!!!
