Welcome

My shop policies are in place for my benefit, as well as yours! I am willing to make exceptions in some cases, if you contact me with your concerns, prior to sale.

Payment

Payment expected within 3 days of placing your order. Contact me to make special arrangements. I require at least a 50% deposit on any custom orders, as well as plenty of advanced notice. Send me a message with your idea, and I'll give you an approximate time frame for completion.

Shipping

Most items are shipped certified first class US Mail, signature required, cost is included in purchase price. I will be happy to insure shipments if requested. Contact me for details. International orders may be charged a process fee for customs clearance and collection of customs duties at time of delivery.
Local buyers can schedule a time for pickup, if desired. Please contact me to make arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

These items are handmade, and will occasionally show tool marks, and other minor irregularities. All pieces posted are actual photos of the item(s) that will be shipped with the exception of rings, which are made to order, according to size. If you would like to see other views of any item I would be happy to oblige, just let me know. I cannot offer return or refunds on any custom orders, though I strive to satisfy my customers. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me, and I will do my best to work with you to resolve any issues.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I can gift wrap an item for a minimal charge, and/or ship to a secondary address, if requested. Contact me before placing your order.
Please Note: All brightly color wire is enameled color over silvered copper, and rough wear WILL scratch it, which may result in color loss. To clean items made with these materials, use only mild soap and warm water, no abrasives or harsh chemicals. Silver items which include colored wire can be polished gently with baking soda on a soft cloth, then dried thoroughly, and if kept from moisture the silver will retain it's luster. For storage I recommend zipping silver jewelry in an airtight bag with a dry soda cracker or packet of moisture absorbent crystals.
