Do you accept returns?
All sales are considered final. If you have concerns that an item has been misrepresented, please convo me.
Is this a new item?
All items in this shop are vintage or antique (20 years old or greater) and are sold "as is". I do my best to describe the condition of each item.
If the description does not say "mint" condition it will have expected signs of wear. Please read the description,
view all photos and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
Will you hold my order for shipping at a later date?
Cancellation policy/Restocking fee: Items not shipped within standard shipping times (1-3 days in most cases) at the request of the customer (ie. please hold my item until...), may incur a restocking fee of 25% of the items cost should the customer request to cancel the sale at any time during the holding period. You will be invoiced via Paypal for the "restocking fee" and your sale will not be cancelled unless a completed payment is received within 24 hours otherwise your item will ship as originally agreed upon.
When will my item be shipped?
Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post (with delivery confirmation) within 1-3 business days of completed purchase. Larger items may take longer to prepare for shipping and utilize another carrier. Please consult the individual listing for more details. Most weeks I ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you require expedited shipping please contact me prior to purchase. I'm always happy to add insurance on request. If you would like insurance please request it before purchase so I can adjust your shipping cost. Occasionally insurance may already be included.
Will my item be insured?
Orders shipping USPS Priority will have insurance included in the shipping price. If you are shipping via another method and would like insurance please request it before purchase
so I can adjust your shipping cost.
Do you have Layaway?
I no longer have layaway plans as Etsy now partners with Klarna to set up installment options. This should appear as an option for you at checkout.
Are there any current SHIPPING DELAYS in effect?
There are currently no shipping delays in effect. Orders are shipping within 1 - 3 business days.
Will you put my item on reserve/hold?
I do not hold items in reserve.
