Due to such a high volume of orders, we've had to make a few changes in order to keep the shop open and maintain our "make time". Therefore, there will be a slight increase in price on our tutu dresses as of 3/1. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Welcome to Little Dreamers Inc.!! This is where you will find Flower Girl Tutu Dresses, Tutu's, Hair Wreaths, Mobiles and DIY Mobile Kits. Little Dreamers is a one person shop, everything is made by me, Whitney, and I do this so we can keep the best quality and consistency on our items so please allow up to 3 weeks (usually closer to 2 weeks) for your tutu, dress or mobile to be created. (Most of the DIY Mobile Kits ship within one week).

We are local to Portland, Oregon and can be found some Saturdays and Sundays at the Portland, OR Saturday/Sunday Market. The Market is open March through Dec. 24th every weekend, rain or shine. Hours are Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 11-4:30. If you are local, we'd love to see you there! (Please double check with me to make sure I'll be there before making a trip just to come to my booth! :)

LOCAL PICKUP:

If you'd like to order an item online and pick it up locally, just send me a convo and I'll adjust the shipping, however, local pick up is available ONLY at the Saturday Market. Thanks!

SHIPPING:

We ship to the USA via USPS Priority mail. This takes about 3 business days. Please make sure your address in Paypal and on your Etsy order are correct.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All International packages ship via USPS Priority Mail except mobile KITS, which will ship First Class International.
