Please always read all shop policies BEFORE making a purchase. After you placed an order it will be assumed that you know the conditions and information written in my shop announcement and agree with them.
I send my orders with registered mail. If, for some reasons, you are not able to take the package over (requires receivers signature) let me know before shipping and I send with standard mail.
If your order doesn't arive within 2 weeks please send me info and I will claim it at Post Office. Please be sure that the package is not waiting at your local Post Office (sometimes the postman doesn't leave the notice).
IMPORTANT : if you need an item immediately ,please, notice that I'm shipping from Europe and shipping can take up to 10 days if you live in North America, Australia or similar oversea countries (also in some cases to Asia).
10 days are the time frame for delivery observed on the basis of my 3 years online sale experience, notice that before Halloween, Christmas or other festivity days Postal Service is having delays each year.
Please notice that Postal Service is also having many delays during winter time (especialy regarding oversea deliveries) caused by bad weather conditions and I can't take any responsibility for late arrival in case of delays caused by Postal Service.
