What's cuter than a beautiful baby in a cute hat? Every item in my shop is handmade with love for your little ones. I love etsy and working with my shop and I hope you will too.
If you don't see the perfect hat for the baby in your life, please let me know. Custom orders are always welcome!
Payment
I accept payments through paypal. It is the most secure and easiest way to pay and you can use your credit card! If this is a problem, please convo me before ordering.
Please pay when ordering so I can start working right away. I will contact you via etsy convo and e-mail to request payment. If payment does not go through in 5 days and I do not hear from you, I will cancel the sale.
Please keep in mind that a delay in payment results in a delay in shipping.
Shipping
In order to keep shipping costs low, I ship via First Class Mail. There is no tracking or insurance on these shipments but I keep my receipts. I will gladly upgrade your shipping but convo me before your order so I can set it up.
I am happy to ship internationally at the rate of your choice. Please convo me before you order so I can estimate. My items are usually not subject to customs but I have no control over it.
I will ship to the address you provide on the etsy invoice unless you specify otherwise. I am happy to send gifts directly and include a note from you.
I will not ship until payment has cleared.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be sure of the size you are ordering. I am glad to answer any questions if you are unsure.
I will accept returns at my cost for my mistakes in your order. I will accept returns for defective or damaged items.
I cannot accept returns for custom items unless the item is defective.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me so we can try to work something out.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Each of my items are handmade by me and one-of-a-kind. Please allow one week after payment clears plus shipping to receive your order unless otherwise noted. Please convo me if you need your order sooner. I've never turned down a rush order!
The hats can be made in children and adult sizes and different colors. I can make booties and mittens to match any of the hats. Please contact me if you are interested.
~Custom Orders~
I love customs order and would love to work with you and your ideas. I will work with you and be as clear as possible in descriptions to make sure you are happy with your order. I will buy any necessary materials and start work after payment has cleared. Please allow extra time to complete custom orders. I cannot accept returns on custom items unless it is defective.
I will send you an etsy convo when I ship your item. I will also leave feedback for the transaction at that time. Although it is not required, I really appreciate your feedback and especially pictures!
