Welcome to Little Owl Arts-

I do take custom orders for crocheted necklaces, I can also make one using a piece from your collection, stone, glass or crystal!

My goal as an artist is to reflect and represent what I love around me and that which brings me unlimited joy.

The work in this shop is all inspired by the environment around me. Living in a granite cottage in the woods up the street from the seashore creates a unique collaboration between the woods and sea. I am a maker of many things, my hands and mind are always busy, crafting with care.

I believe in making things by hand, this means doing as much of the process as possible myself. For example, I tend to get the wool for my fiber art raw and do all the cleaning, carding and dyeing myself, or I support small businesses and artist that do the same. I also strongly believe in the slow movement and like to apply this idea to my crafting. Here are a few links that help explain the idea of the slow movement and slow crafting:
