I expect to ship your purchase within a day or two of payment and will let you know if it will be otherwise. I double-wrap each piece and sometimes double-box, and I always insure shipments. Fine ceramics deserve the extra care. I will gladly refund any packing and shipping charges in excess of my costs, though.
