Don't see what you are looking for? I do custom orders. Please message me with your request and I will get back to you to work out the details. **Please note that custom orders require a 50% deposit, 15% of which is non-refundable should you decide to cancel you order after the 24 hour accepted cancellation time.**

Thank you for taking the time to look at my shop. As an artist, I take pride in my work and the fact that I make quality handmade items. I hope that you will find something that you love.

Payment

I accept payments through Paypal.

Please pay for your purchase within 3 days or your order will be cancelled. I will begin working on your order once your payment has cleared through Paypal.

*Please ensure that your paypal credit card details are correct to avoid accidentally paying by e cheque, as these take a week or so to clear.

Shipping

FAST DELIVERY:
Almost all orders ship within 3-5 business days, however, I do not ship on weekends or holidays.

In the event that more time is required I will be in touch with you shortly after your order is placed.

Looner Creations is happy to accommodate international orders. I ship your items through Canada Post safely, in sturdy, secure and protective packaging to ensure safe arrival.

• Please note: no sales tax is applied to orders shipped outside Canada, but please be aware that all items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

• I ONLY ship to the Etsy address specified on your receipt unless otherwise requested.

• IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT and you want it sent to the recipient, please indicate the shipping address and if you would like a simple message added in the “Message To Seller” option.

• Shipping prices cover the shipping materials and delivery charges. If you would like the items expedited, or if you would like to purchase shipment tracking or insurance, just mention it in the "message to seller" option at the time of purchase. I'll recalculate accordingly and send out an invoice.

• Orders over $100 may require extra insurance.
• NOT responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

Refunds are only accepted in the event that the piece is damaged in shipment as long as you contact me within 3 business days of receipt. Replacement items will only be shipped after the damaged item(s) are returned.
NO RETURNS on custom pieces. NO RETURNS on price reduced items or FINAL sale items.

CANCELLATIONS accepted within 24 hours of order.
