I WILL BE AWAY ON HOLIDAY FROM THE 19TH TO THE 28TH NOVEMBER SO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE WILL BE A DELAY IN POSTING OUT ANY ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THIS TIME!

Most of my designs are made to order and whilst I do strive to get garments posted as quickly as possible please allow at least ten full working days ( up to two weeks) for your item to be lovingly hand crafted before dispatch!

Some items may be in stock and ready to ship so please contact me if you need somethign ina hurry!

Expedited shipping to Europe & the USA is also avilable upon request.

DISPATCH TIMES:

As all these designs are hand made to order and due to the high demand please allow at least 10 working days (up to two weeks) for your item to be constructed before dispatch, and sometimes longer during busy periods and over holidays. If you need something for a special occasion please contact me before purchase to check dispatch times and avoid disappointment.

All UK parcels will be sent Recorded Delivery via the Royal Mail.

All overseas parcels will be sent International Signed For via Royal Mail.

Both of these services have a tracking system for extra safety however I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

From day of dispatch postage times may vary...approximately 1-2 days for the UK, 3-5 days for Europe, and 5-7 days for the USA and Worldwide, although this can take more or less time so please be patient!

Please also be aware that customs charges may apply for overseas customers.

I accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with tags still attached.
