Please bear in mind, all my items are being shipped from the UK.
Shipping within the UK is by first class post, all other shipping is via normal airmail and can take up to 7 days (may take longer if there are any delays at customs).
I will ship handmade items and books within 2 days of payment confirmation.
PDF sewing patterns will be emailed to the email address linked to your Etsy account within 24 hours (GMT) of payment confirmation.
Customers are liable for any customs charges incurred with their purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for any damage to your item during transit.
However, if the item goes missing in transit, I will do all I can from my end to help trace the item where possible.
