"LUMMEdesigns" is one Woman operation,
everything is 100% hand made by yours truly.

**Ready to ship items are mailed within 4-5 days from the purchase date:
I do need to wait few days until your payment clears to my account.

***MADE TO ORDER items; production time in general is 3,5 - 6 weeks
+ express shipping-
unless otherwise stated in the specific listing :):
some items are easier and faster to produce
- some items take longer depending on my current work load.
Some items are shipped via Economy mail.
Please read the item details carefully-
if you have any questions- please contact me BEFORE you place the order!

**If you are in a rush regarding an order:
convo me with your timeline BEFORE you place an order;
I might be able to expedite your order depending on my current work load.
Extra charges may apply for rush orders!

Payment

Paypal only.
Payment must be received in full
for purchases to be confirmed.
Made to order items:
to confirm your order I need to receive a full payment for the item,
only then I can add your order to the lineup.



Shipping

Items are shipped from Finland.
In general I ship all my Items via Express or Priority (Finnish) Postal service.
Some items I ship via Economy Mail- I do state that in the listing details,
so please read them :).

Following Express/Priority Shipping times are approximate and they are
totally depended on your local Postal service delivery:
For example;
To US in general Express shipping takes 7-9 days,
in exception of NY which is 4-6 days.
In Europe 2-4 days.
To Canada 5-7 days, Australia 7-11days...
(Economy mail takes longer and has no tracking feature- but, it is way cheaper ;).)

Registered mail available by request; convo me BEFORE you make the purchase so I can change the shipping charges.
Registered mail will cost more than express or priority.
Insured shipping available to some countries:
convo me before you make the purchase to figure out total shipping cost

I'm not in any way responsible for items getting lost or damaged during shipping,
stolen or otherwise!!

Refunds and Exchanges

NO refunds or exchanges on SALE items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

*Sound payment plans accepted- convo me with your payment plan.
Note that if the payment plan is not followed as agreed I will cancel the transaction.
I will deduct a 20 euro fee for canceled transactions to cover the time and work for setting up a listings for you.

*I do consider custom orders:
convo me with the idea- include your measurements, color and fabric request
AND the amount you would like to spent, approximately.
Please keep in mind that I do not copy other designers work:
custom orders must be based on my design past or present-
sent pics for reference purposes only!
