Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are final and may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. Please understand we cannot cancel any orders outside of this time frame. Thanks for understanding.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds at this time. We are happy to exchange any product with another product of equal or more value, if the item is returned within 7 business days of the arrival date and in the same condition: new, unworn, no damage. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. You must contact us about any issues or exchange requests within 3 days of package arrival. Customer is responsible for shipping. Clothing or jewelry that is obviously worn will be returned to the buyer. No exceptions please. Please expect up to 4-8 weeks for your return to be processed. Exchange shop credit may not be used during sales. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange. Shop credit is valid for 30 days after we receive your exchange.
Shipping
We will use your ETSY address unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for incorrect address input. All U.S. shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail with tracking number & insurance. All INTERNATIONAL shipping is sent First Class with tracking, some countries do not offer tracking. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands and are left to USPS. If you would like added insurance on your order please contact us. If your order does become lost in the shipping process, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS. Your order will be shipped 3-8 business days once payment has cleared. Customs and made to order items have their own ship time. See exact listings for shipping time.
Jewelry Care
Our jewelry should be treated with care. Do not swim, shower or get any of the jewelry wet! Store the items in a cool, dry place such as a jewelry box/bag that was provided. Do not wear Lux Divine Jewelry while doing vigorous activities like exercise. If your item does break we more then happy to fix it. Repair wait time is 4-8 weeks. Mostly we do repairs/re-plating for free but every circumstance is different. Some charges may apply. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Clothing Care
We suggest washing all our clothing either by hand or dry clean only. Our clothing is made from delicate and luxurious materials such as silk, african lace, lace and vintage crochet. These delicate fabrics will not survive in a regular wash/dry cycle. Please take care of your clothing. We make/sell quality clothing that is handmade. We pride ourselves on our amazing clothing quality and is made to last. If washing by hand, hang dry or air dry in dyer although we suggest hang dry. Dry clean is always a safe option, especially with the silks.
Before you order
All of our jewelry is handmade. Please do not expect it to be perfect. With electroforming, wire wrapping and basic bench work, we craft unique pieces that are intended to look handmade. Our jewelry is not made to be perfect nor is intended to look like a machine made product. If you are expecting a perfect item please do not order. We photograph our jewelry in natural lighting to best show the colors however colors may vary slightly from computer screen to computer screen.

Purchase of any Lux Divine piece does not relinquish copyright ownership. All photography and images are also copyright and legal property to Lux Divine LLC. unless otherwise noted. To fellow artists: We put our hearts into our label & designs. Please have enough respect for your fellow artists by not copying other's designs. Thank you.
International Orders
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. The number you will receive in your shipping notification is not a tracking number although some countries might use it as one. Insurance is also included with most international shipments . We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, damages occurring during the shipping process, undelivered items or custom fees. You are responsible for knowing and paying your countries custom fees. We are not responsible for this. We will not accept packages that were refused due to custom charges. International orders may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks and sometimes longer depending on your countries custom laws. We in no way have any control over this.
Domestic Orders
Domestic Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation and will be insured to protect both you and me. We ship ready made items within 3-8 business days. Domestic orders usually take less than a week to arrive.
