Shipping:
Processing times vary so please take note at checkout. I use USPS for all my shipping and once your order has shipped you can view your tracking information by going to "Your Account"---> "Purchases" and clicking "Track Package" next to your order.
International shipping can sometimes take up to 8 weeks for certain countries, you can message me with your country and I can check old orders and give you an estimate based on that but I still cannot guarantee shipping times to certain countries.

When will my order ship?
All orders are subject to a processing time and shipping time. Processing times vary and first class shipping takes 3-5 business days. If you need something by a specific date please message me to see if it is possible. I also offer upgraded shipping options.
What is the difference between gold filled and gold plated?
Gold-filled jewelry has a much higher amount of gold in it and is much more valuable. This is a durable piece that will not tarnish or chip. It is also safe for those with metal allergies. The underlying metal is usually a base metal, like brass. Gold filled jewelry also has a warmer color than gold plated and won't be as yellow.
How do I find out my ring size?
You can measure your finger yourself but that can sometimes end up with incorrect sizing. I also offer a ring sizer for a small fee. If you purchase rings from me after you purchase a sizer I will refund you the price of the sizer.
Keep in mind that your hands aren't symetrical so your ring finger on your right and left hands are most likely different.

I use the standard US sizing for fine jewelry. Each ring is measured on a high quality ring sizer that is created for accurate sizing as well as with a digital caliper.
Sterling Silver Care Instructions
Sterling Silver can oxidize if not stored properly or when exposed to certain cleaners, especially chlorine. The best way to keep silver rings clean and shiny is to wear them all the time except when using cleaners or activities that may cause scratch.
Some Cleaning Options:
Clean Sterling with Baking Soda
Mix two parts baking soda to one part water to make a paste, then gently rub the mixture onto the jewelry. Let the paste dry completely to remove the tarnish. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth or microfiber towel. You can also follow a similar method using cornstarch.
Mix Lemon and Olive Oil
Mix 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1 tsp. olive oil. Dip a clean cloth in the solution and gently rub the silver until it shines. Rinse and dry.
What happens if the post office loses a package?
If USPS doesn't deliver your package and it appears to be lost then I will typically send a replacement. First, I will file a missing mail search with them and if they're unable to locate the package I will send new items.
Engraving Care
If you have your engraving darkened black the darkening material can wash out over time leaving it gray instead of black. You can refill it with a paint pen or ink to keep it black.
