Please read production times below BEFORE ordering. I do NOT offer rush shipping but if you need an item sooner for an occasion, convo me FIRST, BEFORE ORDERING and I will let you know if I can fit it in for you. My shop is EXTREMELY busy and I get LOTS of orders each day so I do them in the order in which they are received and try my best to get them out to you as quickly as possible.

Normal production times are as follows-
-tumblers 4-5 weeks
-decals 2-3 weeks
-large orders (over 4 items) 6-8 weeks
-everything else 3-4 weeks


Please check out my "Clearance/Ready to Ship" category from my main shop page for items that are ready to ship out within 1-2 business days. This only applies if the words "READY TO SHIP" are in the TITLE of the listing.

****************CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS*******************
Due to the fact that custom orders are EXTREMELY time consuming I have implemented the following custom order policy. Custom orders by definition are any item/design that is requested by you that is NOT currently offered in my Etsy shop OR any MAJOR changes to an already listed item such as complicated pattern/design changes. This does NOT apply to wording changes, name changes, color changes, or font changes on already existing items. If you want me to design something custom based on your specifications I will be glad to do so, but the item must be PAID for before I begin work on your design. If you are desiring a custom order, convo me with the details of the item you want. I will then respond to your convo with any questions that I need to clarify what you are wanting and instructions on how custom orders are handled. Next, I will set up a reserved listing for your item which must be PAID for before we proceed. Once the item is paid for, I will send you a proof of your design which you can request changes on. Upon request, I will send up to TWO additional proofs at no additional charge but if I have to send you more than THREE total, I will invoice you for $3 additional to cover the extra time it takes me to keeping tweaking a design over and over again. If after THREE proofs you decide you no longer want the requested item, I will refund your money paid MINUS $5 to cover my time for designing your item.

Good communication plays a KEY PART in your item being done like you want it. I send Etsy convos to all of my customers with their estimated ship date and proofs in some cases. If you have not received one after 3 days, please contact me, because I can assure you I sent it even if you did not get it. The Etsy convo system is my preferred method of communication and is the fastest way to get in touch with me.

Please be aware that each item is INDIVIDUALLY hand made for you using premium grade VINYL which is quite durable but not indestructible. If you plan to use one of my tumblers in a car cup holder, it will rub the vinyl off eventually where the edges meet the vinyl so I do suggest that you put a napkin around the tumbler when using it in a cup holder. Do not wash in a dishwasher and do not microwave. When washing, do not scrub the decal at all. This will extend the life of your tumbler. No two are exactly alike. I can assure you it will look as good or better than the picture. I stand behind my work and make every effort to make it as perfect as possible. I use COORDINATING ribbon on all of my tumblers but NOT ALWAYS the one pictured. From time to time I may rearrange a design to make it work better or I may change a font to one that is thicker and will hold up better with long term use. I try to retake photos when I do that but sometimes it takes me a while to get that done so be aware. I do offer samples if you would like to see the actual color of vinyl that will be used. Just ask. I do NOT give refunds on items because you don't like the color-so please ask me for a sample if there is any question in your mind.
