Thank you for visiting the Made by Bird Etsy shop! All items are based on original designs and are handmade right here in Portland, OR.
Payment
All Made by Bird orders are processed through PayPal.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. All products are mailed using USPS mail to keep shipping costs down. An email confirmation will be mailed to you when your order ships. US orders will receive a tracking number and should arrive in 5 business days, but please be aware that it may take longer than that to arrive. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, please send us a convo.
Unfortunately, First Class mail does not offer tracking numbers to international orders. Please keep in mind that international orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be given if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the items are returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they are at the time of purchase.
