If you like to purchase a thing from our shop, but for some reason you need to postpone the payment, please contact us and we will plain the reservation.
Shipping
Standard shipping method is Italian Registered Mail (which need your signature on delivery). Traking info will be sent by convo once item has shipped.
Please note that you will be able to track the parcel online through the Italian Postal Service till the parcel will be in Italy, then you will be able to track it on your national website (most national Postal Services, like USPS, offer this kind of service).
Insurance is not included in the shipping costs... contact us for rates and to verify if that service is available for your country!
Shipments to Italy usually take about 2-3 days, while shipments to Europe and to most worldwide countries usually take about 10-15 days.
PLEASE NOTE:
♥ ♥ due to custom controls, some parcels could take up to 3-4 weeks... we are not responsible for lost, damages, customs delays and/or extra fee;
♥ ♥ should you wish a special shipping service (such as insurance, expedit shipping,...) please let us know prior to your transaction, so we can send you a quotation and eventually adjust the shipping price;

All items are properly kept in a clean, smoke-free and pet-free room and stored in the appropriate manner, but please remember that VINTAGE items are NOT NEW and most likely some failings are signs of the times!
